Below we've included some helpful suggestions when deciding who
you should invite to your home show. Don't leave out anyone, you
never know who will be interested until you ask them. |

Invite
Your goal should be to have 10-15 (or
more) guests at your show. Often, only about 1/3 of those invited
will be able to attend. by over inviting you are more likely to
successfully reach your Hostess Rewards goal. Ask guests to bring
a friend who would like to learn about our fabulous line of products
& lingerie. |

To Invite Guests
Speak with those who you would like
to invite even though you will be mailing and e-mailing invitations.
This helps them feel special that you thought enough about them
to invite them to your show and gives you the opportunity to get
a feel for who will be attending for sure. |

•Mail
or E-mail Your Guest List to Your Fantasy Distributor
Send your guest list to your Fantasy,
Inc. Representative at least 3 weeks in advance of your show. This
will ensure that your inventations will be received by your guests
2 weeks prior to your scheduled date so that they can plan around
your show date. |

•Collect
Catalog & Web orders
Increase your retail sales by collecting
outside orders prior to your show from those who can not attend.
Fantasy, Inc has made web ordering a snap and an easy way for you
to get outside orders! All orders placed on our secure web site
are kept confidential and are shipped in discreet packaging. Your
Fantasy Distributor will let you know of any web orders and include
those sales to determain your total retail sales for Hostess Rewards. |

Friends to Book
Shows booked from your show will earn
you $25 IN FREE SPENDING MONEY to use at their show. |

•Call
and E-Mail Reminders 1 Week and the Day Prior to Your Show
Reminding your guests a week prior
to your show will help prevent them from over booking their calander.
A quick reminder the day before your show is an easy way to help
them not forget. |

•Keep
Refreshments Simple!
We want you to enjoy your show as much
as your guests. Keeping the refreshemtns simple will allow you time
to visit with those you have invited, enjoy the fun presentation,
and makes clean-up a snap. |

•Phone
to Remind Guests the Day Before Your Show
We can emphasise the importance of
this step. Many people do not read their e-mail daily, so if you
send an e-mail it may not get read that night. A quick 15 second
reminder phone call is all it takes. This is also the time to remind
them to bring a guest and of your Distributor's methods of acceptable
payment. Some Distributor's will have merchandise on hand that can
be taken home the night of the show. Most Distributor's only accept
cash for those items. |
